The cottage visit last week was fantastic. It is going to have a major "wow" effect on friends and family, as it does on us. We love the place and look forward to many many stress free stays, and hopefully in the future (not as soon as I'd like) make the place a more permanent residence.
We took a fair bit of time finding a contractor for our new cottage and I have to say that we truly couldn't have made a better choice. All the contractors we spoke to were very helpful in giving input on what we could do but Rod stood out in his approach, personality, knowledge, and confidence that any challenge could be overcome. He had a lot of input on our overall cottage design and his experience really showed, luckily for us. We will be forever grateful for the care that Team Rodco has put into getting our cottage built with quality.

This letter is to serve as a very strong recommendation to use the services of Rodco Enterprises. We found Rod and his staff to be very easy to work with and the quality of the work was excellent. We went into the cottage building process with the expectation that it would be a nightmare and we were pleasantly surprised. One of the things that impressed us most was that Rod and his staff were always thinking and making suggestions that made a lot of sense and in most cases we agreed with. I also should add that these ideas were not at an extra cost.
The cottage was completed on time and budget and we are very pleased and now enjoying it very much. In fact we are now planning an addition with Rod !

Both Gail and I were very pleased to see the shower back together. We had driven up a week ago to see how the cottage survived the winter. Everything looked in good shape. Can hardly wait to spend some time up there.
